Petsnore

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 April 2026

Petsnore ("we", "our", or "us") operates petsnore.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed this site to collect as little personal data as we can while still being able to run it.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we collect whatever information you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (and our third-party providers) automatically collect certain information, including your browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this information to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies for analytics and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as expected if you do.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate the Site, respond to your messages, send the emails you have asked for, and analyse traffic patterns so we can improve the content. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics — to measure and understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes IP address data; we have enabled IP anonymisation.
  • Loops.so — to manage our email subscriber list and send emails you have opted in to. Loops stores your email address on our behalf.
  • Vercel — our hosting provider. Vercel processes request logs and basic diagnostic data.
  • Vetster (via our affiliate link only) — if you click a Vetster link, Vetster's own privacy policy governs anything you do on their site.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the footer of every email we send. You can request that we delete your email address from our list by emailing us at the contact address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law — for example, the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

Children

Petsnore is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We retain subscriber email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a short period after unsubscribing for audit purposes. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to its standard retention settings.

International data transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please note that the services we use may process your data in the United States or other countries. By using the Site, you consent to such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
