What we cannot help with

We cannot give advice about your specific dog. We are not a veterinary service, and it would be irresponsible for us to diagnose or recommend treatment by email. If you are worried about your dog right now, an online vet consultation is almost always the fastest way to get a real answer — often within the hour.

If your dog is in distress, please contact your local emergency veterinary clinic immediately rather than emailing us.

Response times

We aim to reply to non-urgent emails within two working days. Press and partnership emails may take a little longer during busy periods.
