Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 17 April 2026

Petsnore.com participates in affiliate programs. This means we may earn a small commission, at no additional cost to you, when you click a link on our site and make a purchase or booking with a partner. We publish this disclosure in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising" (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent guidance in other regions.

Who we partner with

Vetster. The primary partner referenced on this site is Vetster, an online veterinary consultation service. When you book a consultation through a link on petsnore.com, Vetster may pay us a small referral fee. The price you pay for a Vetster consultation is the same whether or not you come through our link.

If we add further partners in the future, they will be disclosed here before any affiliate content goes live.

Why we mention it

Affiliate partnerships are how this site stays free to read. We are upfront about them because we think you have a right to know how a site makes money before you take its recommendations seriously.

Our rule for recommending any partner, whether affiliate or not: we only recommend products and services we believe are useful to dog owners. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not change what we say based on whether a partner pays a referral fee.

How to identify affiliate links

Any outbound link on this site that earns us a referral fee is marked in one of two ways:

  • The link opens in a new tab, and the HTML rel attribute includes sponsored — this is the standard disclosure recognised by Google and advertising regulators.
  • Pages primarily focused on an affiliate partner (for example, Speak to a vet) carry a short note at the bottom of the page mentioning the commission.

What affiliate linking does not change

Clicking an affiliate link on petsnore.com:

  • Does not change the price you pay
  • Does not share any personal information about you with us beyond the click event
  • Does not create an ongoing relationship between you and Petsnore
